Zhongguncun Software Park Development Co, Ltd is specialized in high tech park development and operation. Its establishment was granted by Beijing Municipal government. Its three shareholder companies are Beijing Technology Park Construction Group, Beijing Capital Steel, and Beijing Haidian Technology Park. Zhongguncun Software Park Development Co, Ltd was founded on August 7th, 2000 with initial capital of 500 million RMB ($62.5 million USD). Its mission was to act on behalf of the government to conduct land development and urban facility construction in ZPark. ZPark attracts well established domestic and international software companies to setup operations in its campus. Additionally, ZPark offers free “one stop service” consultation for resident companies on investment, facility construction, and operations. ZPark also offers a list of preferred service providers on company registration, tax filing and custom procedures. In order to build a world class software park, ZPark has adopted a two stage development model. In the first stage, ZPark develops the land, urban infrastructure, public facilities, and incubation services. In the second stage, ZPark gets on the capital market and invites investors to build office real estate projects on its land. | ,
