今年中关村软件园将与北欧各国开展更加深入的合作，经过与芬兰使馆商务处的沟通，北欧芬兰最大的运营商TeliaSonera公司的CTO Dr. Vikko Hara计划于3月份到北京访问，该公司此行的目的是其全球技术合作伙伴计划的一部分，他们希望同中国的一些领先技术的公司会晤，建立合作伙伴关系。TelaiSonera 感兴趣的领域有如下几方面：
